There are many other tools like Piwik, Kissmetrics, Crazy Egg, Mixpanel, Woopra etc., however the above two are the tried and tested tools by me. I shall be posting the review of Localytics, which is mainly used for tracking of Mobile Web apps, i used it almost 2 years ago therefore I need to take a fresh look at it as lot many things have changed.
